In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 am on 7 June 2025, the following road sections in Yuen Long will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. the western kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 13 metres north of the same junction;
2. the northern kerbside lane of Long Ping Road from its junction with Long Fung Street to a point about 14 metres south of the same junction;
3. the eastern kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 43 metres north of the same junction;
4. the northern kerbside lane of Long Ping Road from its junction with Long Fung Street to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction;
5. the southern kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from a point about 108 metres north of its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 146 metres north of the same junction;
6. the southern kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from a point about 197 metres north of its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 267 metres north of the same junction;
7. the eastern kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from a point about 328 metres north of its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 373 metres north of the same junction;
8. the western kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from a point about 373 metres north of its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 406 metres north of the same junction;
9. the northern kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from a point about 284 metres north of its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 317 metres north of the same junction; and
10. the northern kerbside lane of Long Fung Street from a point about 168 metres north of its junction with Long Ping Road to a point about 195 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
