Motorists are advised that to facilitate lifting works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented with effect from 11.30 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily from 4 to 6 June 2025:

    Road Closure

    The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. Parts of the traffic lanes of Waterloo Road both bounds near Rutland Quadrant; and
   
   
2. Parts of the traffic lanes of Rutland Quadrant eastbound near Waterloo Road.

    Banning of Turning Movement

1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movement from Waterloo Road northbound onto Durham Road eastbound; and
   
   
2. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movement from Rutland Quadrant eastbound onto Waterloo Road southbound and Durham Road eastbound.

    Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on the Waterloo Road northbound and Rutland Quadrant eastbound heading for Durham Road eastbound are advised to travel via Waterloo Road northbound, U-turn near Dorset Crescent and Waterloo Road southbound.

    Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
