In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 am to 5.30 am daily on 17 June 2025 to 20 June 2025 and 24 June 2025 to 25 June 2025, the section of Lung Cheung Road eastbound from a point about 200 metres east of its junction with Lung Yan Road to a point about 965 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour, in order to facilitate road works.

         Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

         At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
