In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 am to 6.00 am daily during the period from 17 June 2025 to 21 June 2025 and 24 June 2025 to 26 June 2025, the section of Kai Fuk Road eastbound from its junction with Wang Kwong Road to a point about 200 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

     Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

     At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
