Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Kwun Tong Road from 11.30 pm on 7 June 2025 to 6.00 am of the following day:-
The slip road connecting Kwun Tong Road eastbound and the flyover section of Kwun Tong Road eastbound near Ting Fu Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
The fast lane of about 130 meters on the flyover section of Kwun Tong Road eastbound near Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
Affected motorists on Kwun Tong Road eastbound heading for Yau Tong and Hong Kong (East) via the flyover section of Kwun Tong Road eastbound will be diverted via Kwun Tong Road eastbound at-grade.
KMB Route Nos. 62P (Lei Yue Mun Estate bound), 62X (Lei Yue Mun Estate bound), 88X (Ping Tin bound), 258D (Lam Tin Station bound), 258P (Lam Tin Station bound), 259D (Lei Yue Mun Estate bound), 277A (Lam Tin Station bound), 277E (Lam Tin Station bound), 277X (Lam Tin Station bound) and 296C (Sheung Tak bound) on Kwun Tong Road eastbound will be diverted via Kwun Tong Road eastbound at-grade before resuming their original routings.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements in advance.
