Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Tin Shui Wai
Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate a cycling race in Tin Shui Wai, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 5.00 am to 12.00 noon on 22 June 2025 (Sunday):
(A) Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

- the section of Tin Ying Road between Tin Shui Road and Ping Ha Road;
- the section of Tin Sau Road between Tin Shui Road and Tin Ying Road;
- the section of Tin Wah Road between Tin Shui Road and Man Tak Road; and
- the slip road connecting Tin Yuet Road and Tin Ying Road and the section of Tin Yuet Road nearby.
(B) Traffic Diversion

- Motorists on Hung Tin Road northbound or Lau Fau Shan Road eastbound heading for Tin Shui Wai North will be diverted via Ping Ha Road eastbound, Tin Yiu Road northbound, Tin Wu Road eastbound and Tin Shui Road northbound;
- Motorists from Tin Shui Wai North heading for Hung Tin Road southbound or Lau Fau Shan Road westbound will be diverted via Tin Shui Road southbound, Tin Wu Road westbound, Tin Yiu Road southbound and Ping Ha Road westbound;
- Motorists on Tin Yuet Road eastbound heading for Tin Shui Wai North will be diverted via Deep Bay Road southbound, Lau Fau Shan Road southbound, Ping Ha Road eastbound, Tin Yiu Road northbound, Tin Wu Road eastbound and Tin Shui Road northbound; and
- Motorists from Tin Shui Wai North heading for Tin Yuet Road westbound will be diverted via Tin Shui Road southbound, Tin Wu Road westbound, Tin Yiu Road southbound, Ping Ha Road westbound, Lau Fau Shan Road northbound and Deep Bay Road northbound.
(C) Transport Arrangements

- MTR Bus Route No. K76 (both bounds) will be diverted via Tin Shui Road, Tin Wu Road and Tin Yiu Road, in lieu of Tin Wah Road, Tin Ying Road and the section of Ping Ha Road between Tin Ying Road and Tin Yiu Road, before resuming its original routeing;
- The bus stop of MTR Bus Route No. K76 (Tin Shui Wai Station bound) on Ping Ha Road eastbound will be temporarily suspended;
- NT GMB Route No. 34A will be truncated to operate between Ha Tsuen and Tin Wah Road near Tin Shui Road;
- NT GMB Route Nos. 618 (both bounds) and 618B (Shenzhen Bay Port bound) will be diverted via Tin Shui Road, Tin Wu Road, Tin Yiu Road and the section of Ping Ha Road between Tin Yiu Road and Tin Ha Road, in lieu of Tin Wah Road and the section of Ping Ha Road between Tin Wah Road and Tin Ha Road, before resuming their original routeings;
- The GMB stops of NT GMB Route Nos. 618 (both bounds) and 618B (Shenzhen Bay Port bound) on Ping Ha Road will be temporarily suspended; and
- NT GMB Route No. 618A (Shenzhen Bay Port bound) will temporarily suspend service, while the operator will strengthen the service of NT GMB Route No. 618.
(D) Attention and Appeal
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site by the event organiser to guide motorists. Motorists are advised not to drive to the affected areas, drive with utmost care and patience, and take heed of the instruction given by the Police on site. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
