ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Kwai Chung Road and Tsuen Wan Road, Kwai Chung

In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day on 23 and 25 June 2025, the road sections between Kwai Chung Road (northbound) near lamp post number FB7985 to Tsuen Wan Road (northbound) near lamp post number FB7949 will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
