In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 20 June 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily:

1. the northern kerbside lane of Nim Wan Road from a point about 10 metres east of the lamppost numbered FA0939 to a point about 150 metres west of the same lamppost; and
2. the southern kerbside lane of Nim Wan Road from a point about 20 metres west of the lamppost numbered FA0936 to a point about 120 metres east of the same lamppost.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
