Motorists are advised that to facilitate underground utilities works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 11.45 pm on 5 July 2025 to 11.45 pm on 30 September 2025.

  (1) Lane Closure

        The following lane will be temporarily closed 24 hours daily:

The fast lane of Cha Kwo Ling Road westbound of about 160 metres near Cha Kwo Ling Salt Water Pumping Station will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

        The following lane will be temporarily closed daily from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm and 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day:

The fast lane of Cha Kwo Ling Road eastbound of about 160 metres near Cha Kwo Ling Salt Water Pumping Station may be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic subject to the actual works conditions.

   (2) Public Transport Arrangements

The GMB stops on Cha Kwo Ling Road westbound near Wing Shan Industrial Building for Kowloon GMB Route Nos. 23C (Lam Tin bound) and 90A (Hong Kong Children's Hospital bound) will be temporarily relocated about 55 metres eastward.

   Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
