In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 July 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 July 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of Yu Chau Street from a point about 42 metres east of its junction with Shek Kip Mei Street to a point about 21 metres west of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the southern kerbside lane of Yu Chau Street from a point about 28 metres east of its junction with Shek Kip Mei Street to a point about 18 metres west of the same junction; and
      
      
   3. the section of Shek Kip Mei Street from a point about 8 metres north of its junction with Yu Chau Street to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

        (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

        (b) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
