Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 11.00 pm on 25 July 2025 to 6.00 am of the following day:-

1. Lane Closure
   The following traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:-

1. 1. The fast lane of about 30 metres on Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound near Tseung Kwan O Road;
      
      
   2. The second and third lane from the left of about 20 metres on Lei Yue Mun Road westbound near Tseung Kwan O Road;
      
      
   3. The slow lane of about 120 meters on Lei Yue Mun Road westbound between Wai Fat Road and Cha Kwo Ling Road;
      
      
   4. The fast lane of about 40 meters on Wai Fat Road southbound near Lei Yue Mun Road; and
      
      
   5. The fast lane of about 10 metres on Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound near Kwun Tong Law Courts.

2. Banning of Turning Movement

All motorists will be prohibited from making U-turn movement from Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound onto Lei Yue Mun Road westbound.

3. Traffic Diversion

Affected motorists on Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound heading to Lei Yue Mun Road westbound will be diverted via Wai Fat Road southbound and Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound.

4. Public Transport Arrangement

The bus stops for KMB Route Nos. 14, 14B, 14X, 15, 15A, 16M, 33B, 38, 42C, 89D, 215X, 258D, 259D, 277E, 277X, CTB Route Nos. A22, N29, Cross Harbour Route Nos. 601, 606, 619, 641, 671 and N619 on Lei Yue Mun Road westbound near Kwun Tong Law Courts will be temporarily relocated about 110 metres westwards.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
