ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES IN BULKELEY STREET, HUNG HOM

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 pm on 31 July 2025 to 6.00 pm on 21 August 2025, the following road sections will continue to be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the southern kerbside lane of Bulkeley Street from a point about 5 metres west of its junction with Whampoa Street to a point about 25 metres west of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the southern kerbside lane of Bulkeley Street from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Whampoa Street to a point about 35 metres east of the same junction; and
      
      
   3. the northern kerbside lane of Bulkeley Street from a point about 5 metres west of its junction with Marsh Street to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

        (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

        (b) loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones have been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
