Temporary Traffic Arrangements on North Lantau Highway and Penny's Bay Highway
Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on North Lantau Highway and Penny's Bay Highway during the time specified below:

(I) Road Closure (i) Part of the traffic lanes between the slip road leading from Penny's Bay Highway northbound to North Lantau Highway eastbound and North Lantau Highway eastbound (near Lantau Link Bus-bus Interchange) will be temporarily closed. (II) Temporary Speed Limit (i) The section of Penny's Bay Highway northbound from a point about 400 metres north of its junction with Magic Road to its junction with the slip road leading to North Lantau Highway eastbound; and (ii) the slip road leading from Penny's Bay Highway northbound to North Lantau Highway eastbound will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

(I) Road Closure (i) Part of the traffic lanes of North Lantau Highway eastbound between Sunny Bay Station and its junction with the slip road leading from Penny's Bay Highway northbound to North Lantau Highway eastbound will be temporarily closed. (II) Temporary Speed Limit (i) The above road section will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour. |
*The traffic arrangements will be implemented only in one of the above road sections of North Lantau Highway and Penny's Bay Highway on 12 to 15 August 2025, depending on the works progress.
Motorists are advised to drive with care and patience when approaching the above road sections. Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
