In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 8 August 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the access road leading from Wu Shan Road to the metered parking spaces near Marina Garden except the public light bus stand;
   2. the northern kerbside lane of Wu Chui Road from its junction with Wu Shan Road to a point about 42 metres east of the same junction except the vehicular egress of the metered parking spaces near Marina Garden;
   3. the southern kerbside lane of Wu Chui Road from its junction with Wu Shan Road to a point about 55 metres east of the same junction except the vehicular access of Marina Garden; and
   4. the southern kerbside lane of Wu Chui Road from its junction with Wu Shan Road to a point about 12 metres west of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

          At the same time, the restricted zone gazettes on 5 March 2004 under G.N. No. 1556 and 26 October 2012 under G.N. No. 6998 will be rescinded.
