Motorists are advised that, the number of cross-boundary private cars travelling to and from the Mainland via Lok Ma Chau Control Point may increase in the small hours of 16 to 18, 20 to 21 and 24 August 2025. Subject to actual traffic condition, special traffic arrangement may be implemented at the approaches to the Lok Ma Chau Control Point during the period concerned to allow smooth access of passenger service vehicles to above control point. Cross-boundary private cars are expected to take a longer time to pass through the control point.

        Motorists are advised to pay extra attention to the traffic management measures to be implemented by the Police on the approaches to the control point. They are also advised to be patient in case of traffic congestion, and follow the instructions of the Police.
