Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Clear Water Bay Road, Sai Kung
Motorists are advised that to facilitate lift construction works, the following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic during the periods specified below:
I) From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily from 28 August 2025 to 7 November 2025
The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 90 metres west of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 170 metres west of the same junction.
II) From 10.00 am to 12.00 noon on 28 August 2025
a) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to the same junction;
b) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 60 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction; and
c) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 180 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 100 metres east of the same junction.
III) From 12.00 noon to 3.00 pm on 28 August 2025
a) The fast lane of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to the same junction; and
b) The fast lane of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 180 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction.
Motorists could use the remaining lanes of the above road sections. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
