In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 3.00 pm on 28 August 2025 to 3.00 pm on 7 November 2025, the section of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 200 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
