In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6 October 2025 to 10 October 2025, the leftmost and second leftmost lanes of Kwai Hing Station Public Transport Interchange unnamed access road will be designated as prohibited zone from 11.30 p.m. to 5.30 a.m. of the following day daily.

Drivers of all motor vehicles, except taxis, public light buses (scheduled services) and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the above prohibited zone from 11.30 p.m. to 5.30 a.m. of the following day daily. The exact boundary of the prohibited zone is delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
