In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 6 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 3 November 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the southern kerbside lane of Bulkeley Street from a point about 5 metres west of its junction with Whampoa Street to a point about 25 metres west of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the southern kerbside lane of Bulkeley Street from its junction with Whampoa Street to a point about 35 metres east of the same junction; and
      
      
   3. the northern kerbside lane of Bulkeley Street from a point about 5 metres west of its junction with Marsh Street to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
