TRAFFIC ADVICE
Suspension of Parking Spaces on Hing Fat Street, Tin Hau

        Motorists are advised that, to facilitate the holding of the sport events, the designated metered parking spaces and motorcycle parking spaces at Hing Fat Street Public Carpark will be temporarily suspended at the times specified below:-

(a) from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on 6 October 2025;
(b) from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm daily from 7 to 8 October 2025;
(c) from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on 19 October 2025;
(d) from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm daily from 20 to 23 October 2025;
(e) from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm on 24 October 2025;
(f) from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm on 25 October 2025;
(g) from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm on 26 October 2025;
(h) from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm daily from 27 October to 1 November 2025;
(i) from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm on 2 November 2025;
(j) from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm daily from 5 to 7 November 2025;
(k) from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on 9 November 2025; and
(l) from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm daily from 11 to 12 November 2025.
5 metered parking spaces (nos. 1641A to 1643AB)


From 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on 3 November 2025.
2 metered parking spaces (nos. 1657AB) and 5 motorcycle parking spaces near to the entrance of the carpark

From 8.00 am on 28 October 2025 to 11.59 pm on 11 November 2025.


8 metered parking spaces (nos. 1626AB to 1629AB)


From 12.00 pm on 30 October 2025 to 11.59 pm on 10 November 2025.

60 metered parking spaces (nos. 1604AB to 1625AB; and nos. 1649AB to 1656AB)

From 7.00 am on 31 October 2025 to 11.59 pm on 10 November 2025.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
