In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 a.m. to 5.00 a.m. daily between 4 and 6 November 2025, the section of Portland Street from its junction with Shantung Street to a point about 50 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into the above temporary prohibited zone.

        The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
