In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 am on 13 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 18 October 2025, the following road sections in Kwun Tong will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. The eastern kerbside lane of Tsui Ping Road to a point about 95 meters north from its junction with the unnamed access road leading to Tsui Ping (South) Estate to a point about 25 metres north of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. The western kerbside lane of Tsui Ping Road from a point about 25 meters north from its junction with the unnamed access road leading to Tsui Ping (South) Estate to a point about 95 metres north of the same junction.

      Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -

          (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

          (b) loading or unloading goods.

      The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic sings and road markings.
