In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 17 October 2025 to 11.59 p.m. on 30 November 2025, the section of West Kowloon Highway northbound from a point about 200 metres south of its junction with the elevated road of Hoi Fai Road westbound to a point about 400 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour.

      Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

      At the same time, the existing speed limits on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
