In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. on 21 October 2025, the section of Lung Cheung Road eastbound from a point about 10 metres east of its junction with Tai Hom Road to a point about 530 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

     Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

     At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
