Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on North West Tsing Yi Interchange and Tsing Long Highway
To facilitate road works, motorist are advised that following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on North West Tsing Yi Interchange and Tsing Long Highway during the time specified below:

I. Road Closure (i) Parts of the traffic lanes between Tsing Long Highway southbound near Central Tower of Ting Kau Bridge and the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Tsing Yi, Kowloon, Hong Kong, Container Terminals 8 and 9 and Sha Tin; and (ii) The slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Tsing Yi, Kowloon, Hong Kong, Container Terminals 8 and 9 and Sha Tin will be temporarily closed. II. Temporary Speed Limit The road section between Tsing Long Highway southbound near Central Tower of Ting Kau Bridge and the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Lantau Island will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.
III. Traffic Diversion (i) Affected vehicles on Tsing Long Highway southbound heading for Tsing Yi, Kowloon and Hong Kong will be diverted via the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Lantau Island, the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Tsing Yi and Kowloon and Cheung Tsing Highway southbound; (ii) Affected vehicles on Tsing Long Highway southbound heading for Sha Tin will be diverted via the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Lantau Island, the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Tsing Yi and Kowloon, Cheung Tsing Highway southbound, the slip road of Cheung Tsing Highway southbound leading to Kowloon and Hong Kong, Cheung Tsing Highway eastbound, Tsing Kwai Highway southbound and the slip road of Tsing Kwai Highway southbound leading to Sha Tin and Kwun Tong; and (iii) Affected vehicles on Tsing Long Highway southbound heading for Container Terminals 8 and 9 will be diverted via the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Lantau Island, the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange southbound leading to Tsing Yi and Kowloon, Cheung Tsing Highway southbound, the slip road of Cheung Tsing Highway southbound leading to Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan and Airport Express Station, Tsing Yi Road West southbound and Tsing Yi Road southbound. IV. Public Transport Arrangements The following bus routes will be temporarily diverted via the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange leading to Lantau Island, the slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange leading to Tsing Yi and Kowloon, and Cheung Tsing Highway southbound before resuming its normal routing:
