ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES IN TO KWA WAN
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.01 am on 25 October 2025 to 10.00 am on 1 November 2025, the following road sections in To Kwa Wan will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

- The northern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street eastbound from a point about 120 metres east to its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 180 metres east of the same junction;
- The eastern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street southbound from a point about 180 metres east to its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 300 metres east of the same junction;
- The western kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street southbound from a point about 180 metres east to its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 230 metres east of the same junction;
- The southern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street westbound from a point about 50 metres east to its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 110 metres east of the same junction;
- The southern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street westbound from a point about 40 metres east of its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 100 metres east of the same junction; and
- The northern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street westbound from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 180 metres east of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
