ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Temporary Speed Limits on West Kowloon Highway

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day on 25, 28, 30 October 2025 and 1 November 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to the speed limits as described below:

1. 1. West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 100 metres south of its junction with the slip road to Lin Cheung Road to a point about 600 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour; and
      
      
   2. West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 600 metres south of its junction with the slip road to Lin Cheung Road to a point about 2450 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

      At the same time, the existing speed limits on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
