In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 3, 6, 10 and 13 November 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. Tsing Sha Highway westbound from a point about 250 meters east of its junction with Shing Mun Tunnel Road to a point about 1,070 meters west of the same junction; and
2. Tsing Sha Highway westbound from its junction with the slip road of Tai Po Road – Tai Wai to a point about 260 meters west of the same junction.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
