Extension of Temporary Restricted Zones on Hoi Tak Street
and Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 31 October 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 November 2025, the following road sections in Tsuen Wan will continue to be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

    1. both kerbside lanes of Hoi Tak Street from its junction with Hoi Shing Road to a point about 53 metres north of the same junction; and
    2. northern kerbside lane of Hoi Shing Road from its junction with Hoi Tak Street to a point about 15 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

    1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
    2. loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
