Motorists are advised that to facilitate road resurfacing works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Kwun Tong from 11.00 pm on 29 November 2025 to 5.30 am on 30 November 2025.

 (1)  Lane Closure

The slow lane of Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound from a point 130 metres east of its junction with Tseung Kwan O Road to a point about 300 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

 (2)  Banning of Turning Movement

Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound onto Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange.

 (3)  Public Transport Arrangements

1. The bus stops at Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange for XHT route nos. N619, N691, and CTB route no. A22 will be temporarily relocated to Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound outside Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange;
2. The GMB stop on Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound outside Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange for Kowloon GMB Route No. 71A will be temporarily relocated about 20 metres eastward;
3. The stopping point of cross boundary coach service at Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange will be temporarily relocated to Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound outside Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange; and
4. The taxi stand at Lam Tin Station Public Transport Interchange will be temporarily suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
