TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Western District

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Western District during the periods specified below:

From 12.01 am to 6.00 am on 29 November 2025

1. 1. The slip road leading from Western Harbour Crossing to Shek Tong Tsui or Kennedy Town will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
      
      
   2. Affected vehicles on Western Harbour Crossing heading for Shek Tong Tsui or Kennedy Town will be diverted via the slip road leading to Sheung Wan or Central District, Connaught Road West eastbound, Eastern Street and Connaught Road West westbound.

From 10.30 pm to 11.59 pm on 29 November 2025

The section of right lane of the slip road leading from Western Harbour Crossing to Sheung Wan or Central District will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

From 12.01 am to 6.00 am on 30 November 2025

1. 1. The slip road leading from Western Harbour Crossing to Sheung Wan or Central District will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
      
      
   2. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turns from Connaught Road West westbound onto Water Street.
      
      
   3. Affected vehicles on Western Harbour Crossing heading for Sheung Wan or Central District will be diverted via the slip road leading to Shek Tong Tsui or Kennedy Town, Connaught Road West westbound, Ka On Street, Des Voeux Road West eastbound, Water Street and Connaught Road West flyover eastbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists.
