Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Prince Edward Road East from 1.30 am to 5.30 am on 30 and 31 December 2025:-

1. Road Closure

The slip road connecting Prince Edward Road East eastbound and Kwun Tong Bypass southbound near Urban Oasis will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

2. Traffic Diversion

1. Affected motorists on Prince Edward Road East eastbound heading for Sha Tin will be diverted via Prince Edward Road East eastbound, Choi Hung Interchange, Lung Cheung Road westbound, and the slip road connecting Lung Cheung Road westbound and Tate's Cairn Tunnel northbound; and
   
   
2. Affected motorists on Prince Edward Road East eastbound heading for Kwun Tong Business Area and Hong Kong (East) will be diverted via Kwun Tong Road southbound and Wai Yip Street southbound.
   
   

3. Public Transport Arrangement

KMB Route No. 293S (Hang Hau (Ngan O Road) bound) will be temporarily diverted via Kwun Tong Road southbound and Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound before resuming its original routeing.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operator will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangement.
