Members of the public are advised that to facilitate chiller replacement works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Choi Yuen Road from 1:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on 12 and 13 February 2026:

Road Closure

The access road of the general layby on Choi Yuen Road eastbound near Sheung Shui Station exit B1 will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

Banning of Turning Movement

1. All vehicles on Choi Yuen Road westbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto the access road to the general layby on Choi Yuen Road near Sheung Shui MTR exit B1; and
2. All vehicles on Choi Yuen Road eastbound will be prohibited from making left turn onto the access road to the general layby on Choi Yuen Road near Sheung Shui MTR exit B1.

Traffic Diversion

Affected motorists on Choi Yuen Road westbound heading for Choi Yuen Road eastbound will be diverted via Choi Yuen Road westbound, Po Shek Wu Road Southbound, Po Shek Wu Road Northbound and Choi Yuen Road eastbound.

Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
