In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) during the period from 9 March 2026 to 18 March 2026, Shek Pai Wan Road southbound from lamp post number 34396 to its junction with Aberdeen Praya Road will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
