In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 mn to 5.30 am on 14 March 2026 and 1 April 2026, the section of Tate's Cairn Highway northbound from a point about 220 metres south of its junction with Sha Lek Highway westbound to a point about 80 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
