Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Fanling Highway, North District

Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements on Fanling Highway will be implemented daily from 12 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on 16, 21 April 2026 and 5, 7 May 2026.

(1) Road Closure
The slip road leading from Fanling Highway Eastbound to Tai Tau Leng roundabout (Exit 9) will be temporarily closed for all vehicular traffic.

(2) Traffic Diversion

1. Vehicles on Fanling Highway eastbound heading for Sheung Shui and Man Kam To will be diverted via Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway westbound, Tai Tau Leng roundabout and Po Shek Wu Road northbound; and
2. Vehicles on Fanling Highway eastbound heading for Shek Kong will be diverted via Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway westbound, Tai Tau Leng roundabout and Fan Kam Road southbound.

KMB Route No.276A (Sheung Shui bound), 276B (Sheung Shui bound), N73 (Sha Tin bound), will be diverted via Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway westbound, Tai Tau Leng roundabout and Po Shek Wu Road northbound before resuming its normal routing.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care. Notices will be displayed by the bus company to inform the passengers of the above arrangements.
