Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 8.00 a.m. on 13 April 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 2 July 2026:

(I) Road closure

The section of Ma Fung Ling Road eastbound from its southern junction with Tong Yan San Tsuen Road to a point about 45 metres east of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II) Banning of Turning Movement

1. All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Tong Yan San Tsuen Road southbound (via the above southern junction) onto Ma Fung Ling Road eastbound; and
2. All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Tong Yan San Tsuen Road northbound (via the above southern junction) onto Ma Fung Ling Road eastbound.

(III) Traffic Diversion

1. Motorists on Tong Yan San Tsuen Road southbound heading for Ma Fung Ling Road will be diverted via (i) via the northern junction between Ma Fung Ling Road and Tong Yan San Tsuen Road or (ii) Sha Tseng Road southbound, Tong Yan San Tsuen Road northbound and the northern junction between Ma Fung Ling Road and Tong Yan San Tsuen Road; and
2. Motorists on Tong Yan San Tsuen Road northbound heading for Ma Fung Ling will be diverted via the northern junction between Ma Fung Ling Road and Tong Yan San Tsuen Road.

　　Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
