Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the construction works for the Development of Lok Ma Chau Loop, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on San Tin Highway and Fanling Highway near San Tin Interchange during the following periods as specified below:

From 0.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily on 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27 April and 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 May 2026

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. the fast lane of the section of San Tin Highway eastbound between about chainage marker 32.2A and about chainage marker 31.4A;
2. the fast lane of the section of Fanling Highway eastbound between about chainage marker 31.4A and about chainage marker 31.1A; and
3. the fast lane of the section of Fanling Highway westbound between about chainage marker 30.4B and about chainage marker 31.2B.

From 0.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. daily on 3 and 10 May 2026

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. the fast lane of the section of San Tin Highway eastbound between about chainage marker 32.2A and about chainage marker 31.4A;
2. the fast lane of the section of Fanling Highway eastbound between about chainage marker 31.4A and about chainage marker 31.0A; and
3. the fast lane of the section of Fanling Highway westbound between about chainage marker 30.4B and about chainage marker 31.3B.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide the motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
