ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON HOI TAK STREET AND HOI SHING ROAD, TSUEN WAN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 17 April 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 18 May 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

        (a) the section of Hoi Tak Street from its junction with Hoi Shing Road to a point about 53 metres north of the same junction; and
        (b) the northern kerbside lane of Hoi Shing Road from its junction with Hoi Tak Street to a point about 15 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
