Notice is herby given that to facilitate road works on Lung Cheung Road, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 11.30 pm to 5.30 am of the following day daily on 17 and 18 April 2026: -

1. Road Closure

The slip road leading from Ma Chai Hang Road Roundabout to Lung Cheung Road eastbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

2. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Ma Chai Hang Road Roundabout heading for Lung Cheung Road eastbound will be temporarily diverted via Ma Chai Hang Road westbound, Chuk Yuen Road westbound, slip road and Lung Cheung Road eastbound.

3. Public Transport Arrangements

1. KMB route nos. 2F and 3C will be temporarily diverted via Ma Chai Hang Road Roundabout, Ma Chai Hang Road eastbound, Wong Tai Sin Road eastbound, Shatin Pass Road southbound, Fung Tak Road eastbound and Po Kong Village Road northbound before resuming the original routeings;
   
   
2. KMB route nos. 11C, 75X and 84M will be temporarily diverted via Ma Chai Hang Road Roundabout, Ma Chai Hang Road eastbound, Wong Tai Sin Road eastbound, Shatin Pass Road southbound and Fung Tak Road eastbound before resuming the original routeings;
   
   
3. KMB route no. 211 will be temporarily diverted via Ma Chai Hang Road eastbound, Wong Tai Sin Road eastbound, Shatin Pass Road southbound, Fung Tak Road eastbound, Po Kong Village Road southbound, Tai Hom Road eastbound, Lung Poon Street northbound and Fung Tak Road westbound before resuming the original routeing;
   
   
4. CTB route nos. E22 and N29 will be temporarily diverted via Ma Chai Hang Road Roundabout, Ma Chai Hang Road eastbound, Wong Tai Sin Road eastbound, Shatin Pass Road southbound, Fung Tak Road eastbound, Po Kong Village Road southbound and Tai Hom Road eastbound before resuming the original routeings;
   
   
5. The bus stop for KMB route nos. 2F, 3C, 75X, 84M on Lung Cheung Road eastbound near Lung Cheung Government Secondary School and the bus stops for KMB route nos. 2F, 3C, 11C, 75X, 84M, 211 and CTB route nos. E22 and N29 on Lung Cheung Road eastbound near Temple Mall North will be temporarily relocated to Wong Tai Sin Road eastbound opposite to Po Sin House, Upper Wong Tai Sin Estate; and
   
   
6. The bus stops for KMB route nos. 2F, 3C, 11C, 75X, 84M, CTB route nos. E22 and N29 on Lung Cheung Road eastbound near Shatin Pass Road will be temporarily relocated to Fung Tak Road eastbound opposite to Wong Tai Sin Fire Station.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
