Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau, Fanling


          Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the construction works of Fanling Bypass Eastern Section, the following traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Sha Tau Kok Road - Lung Yeuk Tau from 6:00 am on 19 April 2026:

(1) ROAD OPENING


The northbound carriageway of Lung Yeuk Tau Interchange (i.e. the section of Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau northbound between Ma Sik Road and Sui Wan Road) will be opened for vehicular traffic.

(2) PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS


NT GMB Nos. 506 and 507 will be temporarily diverted via Ma Tak Road northbound, Ma Tak Road southbound, Ma Sik Road eastbound, Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau northbound, roundabout of Lung Yeuk Tau Interchange, Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau southbound before resuming their original routeings until further notice;

The GMB stops at Ma Sik Road eastbound near One Innovale will continue to be temporarily relocated to Ma Tak Road southbound until further notice. The GMB stops at Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau southbound near Lok Tin Street will be restored.

          Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
