ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Chek Lap Kok Road

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 17 April 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 September 2026, the section of Chek Lap Kok Road northbound from a point about 1,520 metres north of its junction with East Coast Road to a point about 1,900 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        At the same time, the speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
