Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented with effect from 9.00 am on 25 April 2026 to 5.00 am on 27 April 2026:

Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. 1. Parts of the traffic lanes of To Kwa Wan Road northbound near Lok Shan Road. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movement from Lok Shan Road westbound onto To Kwa Wan Road northbound; and
      
      
   2. Part of the traffic lanes of Lok Shan Road westbound near To Kwa Wan Road northbound.

Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Lok Shan Road westbound heading for To Kwa Wan Road northbound are advised to travel via Cheung Ning Street northbound and Sheung Heung Road eastbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
