Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements on Kin Lok Street will be implemented from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 24 April 2026 and 29 April 2026:

        1. Lane Closure

        (a) The section of Kin Lok Street eastbound from its junction with Kin Cheung Street to a point about 40 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic;
        
        (b) The section of Kin Lok Street eastbound from its junction with Kin Cheung Street to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and

        (c) The section of Kin Lok Street eastbound from a point about 25 metres west of its junction with Kin Cheung Street to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

        2. Banning of Turning Movement

        (a) All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn movement from Kin Cheung Street southbound onto Kin Lok Street eastbound; and

        (b) All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn movement from Yau San Street southbound onto Kin Lok Street eastbound.

        3. Traffic Diversion

        (a) Affected vehicles on Kin Cheung Street southbound heading for Fung Cheung Road northbound will be diverted via Kin Lok Street westbound, Yau San Street southbound and Hop Yick Road eastbound; and

        (b) Affected vehicles on Yau San Street southbound heading for Fung Cheung Road northbound will be diverted via Hop Yick Road eastbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
