In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. daily on 29 April 2026 and 6, 8 and 13 May 2026, the section of Yuen Long Highway eastbound from about chainage marker 43.6A to about chainage marker 42.3A will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
