In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 11 May 2026 to 6:00 p.m. on 30 June 2026, the first traffic lane from the east side of Tsui Lam Bus Terminus in Tseung Kwan O will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:—

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
