TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Special Traffic Arrangements for Tam Kung Festival in Tai Hang

     Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the holding of Tam Kung Festival, the following special traffic arrangements will be implemented in Tai Hang during the time specified below:

I. Road Closure
The following road sections will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm on 24 May 2026:
(a) Brown Street;
(b) Jones Street;
(c) King Street;
(d) Lai Yin Street;
(e) Ormsby Street;
(f) School Street;
(g) Second Lane;
(h) Shepherd Street;
(i) Sun Chun Street;
(j) Warren Street; and
(k) Wun Sha Street.

II. Suspension of Parking Spaces
(a) 8 metered parking spaces (nos. 769A, 769B, 770A, 770B, 771A, 771B, 772A and 772B) on Wun Sha Street will be suspended from 4.00 pm on 23 May 2026 to 4.00 pm on 24 May 2026; and
(b) All metered parking spaces, motorcycle parking spaces and parking spaces designated for people with disabilities within the closed areas in Tai Hang will be suspended from 8.00 pm on 23 May 2026 to 1.00 pm on 24 May 2026.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists. Vehicles may not be permitted to leave or access the car parks along the above closed road sections during the road closure period until the roads are re-opened to traffic.
