ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES IN TAT CHEE AVENUE, KOWLOON TONG

 
       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 31 May 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 November 2026, the following road sections will continue to be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

    1. the western kerbside lane of Tat Chee Avenue northbound from a point about 101 metres south of its junction with To Yuen Street to a point about 75 metres south of the same junction; and

    2. the eastern kerbside lane of Tat Chee Avenue southbound from a point about 106 metres south of its junction with To Yuen Street to a point about 161 metres south of the same junction.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones have been indicated by appropriate road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
