Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 p.m. on 26 May 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 30 June 2026:

(I)    Road Closure

        The section of San Sham Road northbound from its junction with Castle Park Road – San Tin eastbound to a point about 400 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II)   Banning of Turning Movement

        All vehicles on Castle Peak Road – San Tin eastbound will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn movement onto San Sham Road northbound.

(III)  Traffic Diversion

(i)     Affected goods vehicles on Castle Peak Road – San Tin eastbound heading for San Sham Road northbound will be diverted via Castle Peak Road – Chau Tau eastbound, the unnamed road southbound near Pak Shek Au, Kwu Tung Road westbound, and the slip road leading from Fanling Highway westbound to San Sham Road northbound; and
(ii)    Affected passenger vehicles on Castle Peak Road – San Tin eastbound heading to San Sham Road northbound will be diverted via the slip road leading from Castle Peak Road – San Tin eastbound to San Tin Interchange and San Tin Interchange.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
