In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily on 9 and 11 June 2026, the following sections of San Tin Highway will be temporarily subject to the speed limits as described below:

(i)    the section of San Tin Highway eastbound between about chainage marker 33.6A and about chainage marker 33.3A will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour;
(ii)   the section of San Tin Highway eastbound between about chainage marker 33.3A and about chainage marker 32.8A will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour;

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
